My Wedding Photography Across Essex in 2010
January 23rd, 20112010 Review – Weddings/Portraits
I officially started taking photos in Aug 2010, so i have had a whirlwind of photographic experiences over the last few months of the year. It has been absolulty fantastic, and i have enjoyed every moment and learnt a lot. I thought that in this blog I would just show some of my favourite photos from the last few months. I hope you like them as much as i do

Stunning Photo of Kelly at Highlands House, Chelmsford
Above is a photo of Kelly, this was taken in the ground of highlands house, on my last shoot of 2010 and is my favourite photo.
This was taken before the celebrations started for Jo’s birthday. We had loads of fun throughout the grounds of Down Hall, where this particular photo was taken with out Jo and Steve knowing.
The Everson family were so much fun, we all had an hour of running around in the woods, having leaf fights and general fun and games. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I think that the photos show how much fun was had by all.
This was my first wedding reception at Maidens Barn, Essex. The venue has absolutely beautiful grounds and the weather on the day was fantastic.
Sibohan and Matt’s wedding was in Coggeshall village hall. Their son was the best behaved baby of all the weddings i attended last year and did nothing but smile for the whole day.
Over the last few months i have had a whole host of experiences and have learnt a lot, it has been great and i can’t wait to do more and more of it this year.
Thank you for having a look at just a few of my favourite photos of the year.
Welcome to the KonCept Photos Blog
October 11th, 2010This is the first ever post on my Blog, so please bare with me as i am not 100% sure what i should be saying. Well here goes . . . this is how it all started:
My world was turned upside down at the beginning of this year, when i discovered the world of photography and my new found love for it. Since my friend Tom took me along to a Piston heads car meet so we could look at some amazing cars, when we arrived he pulled out a camera he had borrowed from his father in law. I instantly thought to myself i need to get me one of those, a little alter in the day a kid walked up tot he car we were photographing with a massive camera and fired off about 20 shots int he space of a couple of seconds. We both looked at each other and smiled, a smile of “I want one of those”!!
Very shortly after that i came across an course “Introductory to Digital Photography” with Nick Wood. I have to say that after this course all i wanted to do was take photographs. It also led to me purchasing my very first Digial SLR camera. Since then i haven’t looked back!!
I have gone on to do a number of courses with Nick each one giving me confidence and a desire to get better, take more photographs and try new things.
So far this year i have been lucky enough to photograph a number of weddings, one of which was my little sisters.
